Following the recent PCS market committee and PCS Europe Board meetings, a number of amendments have been made to the PCS Rule Book and in line, tracking amendments to the PCS Checklist and the PCS Eligibility Criteria. The key highlights of the changes are amendments to certain criteria relating to consumer loans and existing transactions as well as a change in the "End of the Interim Period" date to August 15, 2013.
