PCS grows

As PCS builds out its capacity in anticipation of the new STS securitisation regime and its anticipated role as third party certification agent, it is with great pleasure that we can announce that two new members will be joining our family.  PCS is extremely honoured that Max Bronzwaer and  Fazel Ahmed will become part of the PCS team.  Both have an enormous depth of experience in the securitisation market and bring unparalleled skill sets to our operations.

Max Bronzwaer has just retired as Treasurer and Member of the Management Board of Obvion where, amongst many other tasks, he steered the firm’s renowned STORM program. Max has over twenty years’ experience in the securitisation market and will assist PCS on a part time basis with its outreach to the investor community.

Fazel will assist PCS with the STS verifications to be done when the new regime is in place and PCS has become authorised.

Fazel began in the securitisation market in 1989 since when he has worked  continuously on the structuring side for a number of investment banks. Fazel has joined PCS’ London operations.

PCS is also in the process of setting up a Paris based operation to service its European clients.  The Paris operation will be seeking a separate regulatory authorisation in France to be a third party certification agent enabling PCS to provide these services from two locations within the European Union and avoid any dislocation flowing from Brexit.
