Deadline for comments on UK securitisation rules

The UK Treasury has published the final draft of the rules that will replace the European Union Securitisation Regulation.

Although the UK Treasury has indicated that this is very much a final draft and that it has been published only for "final checks" they will entertain comments until 21 August
