After today’s surprise arrival of draft amendments on the LCR rules, the anticipated fuller proposals covering the Commission’s draft reforms of the Securitisation Regulation and the CRR, together with announcements of possible changes to Solvency II for insurance investors have been released, together with a press release and a Q&A document.
We thought some of you may want to have a look at these as soon as possible. So for the impatient, all the documents can be found on the Commission website HERE.
Versions of these had, of course, leaked in the last couple of weeks, but these are the official texts.
We will be looking carefully at these and hope to bring you our broad analysis of what this may mean for the securitisation market in the coming days.
