Reuters, in an article published today on the LCRs (quoting PCS), addresses comprehensively some of the issues around the LCR definitions for both ABS and Covered Bonds. In particular, it discusses the notion, with which PCS agrees, that the current proposals may not be the end of the story even after they are endorsed. A review could well be required sooner rather than later.
