Ian Bell has worked in securitisation in various capacities since 1988, first as a lawyer and partner at Clifford Chance, then as general counsel and head of structured finance at Standard & Poor’s Europe and finally as CEO of PCS.
Mark Lewis has been a participant in the domestic and international financial markets since 1983 and in the securitisation markets since 1989 including roles as Head of European Securitisation at UBS and Global Head of Structured capital markets at Unicredit as well as Chair of AFME’s Securitisation Committee.
Rob Koning has been working for 40 years in the banking industry. Since 1994 he has been actively involved in securitisation, both in Europe and the US. As a Managing Director in Structured Finance at ABN AMRO Bank, Rob was responsible for the Dutch market as well as the global ABCP business line of the bank.
Harry Noutsos started working in securitisation in 2000 where, after working in research and structuring at CSFB, he took on responsibilities for modelling and structuring at Bank of America and Santander before taking the position Global Head of ABS for ING.
Member of PCS Outreach team. Former regulatory expert at PFSA, member of EBA Subgroup on Securitisation and Covered Bonds and ESMA Securitisation Task Force. Training Initiative for Financial Supervision Lecturer. Leverages experience gained in supervisory and regulatory roles along with a pragmatic approach acquired during her tenure as an attorney and legal advisor. She practiced law in Poland as an attorney from when she passed the bar exam in 2014 until she joined PFSA in 2018, where she continued as a legal advisor.
Fazel Ahmed has been a participant in the domestic, European and international securitisation markets since 1989 including roles as Head of Asia Pacific Securitisation at UBS and Co-Global Head of Securitisation at CIBC World Markets.
Rob Leach has worked on securitisations both in the US and Europe since 1998 for S&P and GMAC Commercial Mortgage/Capmark. Prior to that he was a commercial real estate loan originator.
Martina Spaeth started working in securitisation in 1997, first at UBS and then at Fitch before leading the German securitisation team at HVB/Unicredit. She then moved to FMS in charge of an asset management group restructuring bad debts.
Daniele Vella is a lawyer specialising in securitisation since 2000 at Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy and Hogan Lovells as well as at Barclays and RBS.
Lauren is an accomplished events professional specialising in corporate conferences and networking events. She joined PCS in January of 2023 in order to manage their European Symposia Series.
Charlotte joined the PCS Events team in early 2024 to co-manage their European Symposia series. She began her career at Ralph Lauren where she established herself as the Luxury Womenswear Buyer. After a short career break to focus on raising a family, Charlotte joined PCS' Finance Administration department in 2021 and is now thrilled to be starting the next chapter of her career with PCS.
